He shudders, he was convinced that goats were the spawn of Lucifer himself with those beady, slit eyes. He shrugged and just followed, not like he had a werewolf to hunt down and put in her place or anything. That could wait. At last it did occur to him...

Kayla blinked, for a moment she wasn't sure if the woman was being sarcastic or if it was something else. Cerulean orbs stared a moment. "Well, just making sure that you feel welcomed. Some of the others..." She shrugged. "They're not people persons. So, welcome!" |

"The thirst around here is insatiable. Mine included." He looked her up and for a minute like she was a prime piece of Kobe beef. He smirked. Candy? For the first time in the conversation he looked a bit uncomfortable. "I'm not sure you want to know what I have in my pocket." He shifted a bit from foot to foot, gave a small cough. "So, you were talking about drinks. Let's do that."
"Jamacian rum it is, whatever your heart desires." Never mind the fact he didn't know this woman's name and he never gave hers either. "Oh, kids are a deal breaker though. Unless you're talking baby goats." There went that smirk and then straight into a grin. He certainly did dare. "Okay, so drag me off of to this place then." |
