It has cold in New Orleans. Alice had exchanged self imposed sequestering in coven for the same in another. She rarely saw anyone and spoke to no one. When she found the brightly wrapped box and tray of treats, and a heard a whisper from the dark, she smiled and ruby eyes, wet with tears of joy, looked up at the nearly full moon in the cold, dark winter sky.
"Thank you my friend, wherever you are"

The scarred woman smiles at the note then gazes at the contents of the box. How the girl knew her so well; it surprised Livia actually. Gathering her things, the Slayer began to move quickly; after all, she had promised Hollen more treats soon and well, it was time.
The trip across town took a matter of minutes, maybe ten by the two cigarettes Livia smoked on the way. Soon the woman was crossing a threshold, having a quiet chat and then exiting the building. Soon enough she would be back home. To Azhi but more importantly, to Hollen.
Knocking on Hollen's door, Livia left a sizeable package at the girl's suite. Inside she would find deliciously plump 'finger' foods, her favourite, nestled next to a strangely beautiful heart. Large, healthy, deep crimson and wonderfully fresh.. as if it had been removed from a cage just minutes previous.

Thank you for the wonderful gift. Maybe next time we are together we can 'break bread' or fingers, hm? I hope you find the treats inside to your liking. Happy Christmas, little Hollen Gale.
